• With a Bachelor‘s degree in Business / Marketing / Computer Science./IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least (2-5) years working experience working in call center industry or related field.
  • Good in verbal and written communication.
  • With good customer service in handling internal& external customer concerns/ problems.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Flexible to change and has a sense of urgency.
  • Willing to work  at Quezon City & Ortigas
