CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
- With a Bachelor‘s degree in Business / Marketing / Computer Science./IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- At least (2-5) years working experience working in call center industry or related field.
- Good in verbal and written communication.
- With good customer service in handling internal& external customer concerns/ problems.
- Can work under pressure.
- Flexible to change and has a sense of urgency.
- Willing to work at Quezon City & Ortigas
